Opened in May 2025, this intimate park features 11 well-spaced sites in the heart of the historic district. Whether you’re here for the Antique Mall next door, exploring French Colonial homes, or enjoying the National Historical Park, you’ll love being able to walk everywhere — no need to move your RV once you arrive.

Spacious RV Sites

11 large pads with pull-through and back-in options.

Each site measures 20 ft wide by 70 ft long. Choose from 6 full-hookup pull-through sites or 5 back-in sites with electric and water. All sites are level and offer easy access in the heart of historic Ste. Genevieve.

11 Spacious Sites

20x70 ft pads with pull-through options

Each of our 11 sites is generously sized with level gravel pads, giving you plenty of room to maneuver and set up comfortably. Six sites are pull-through for easy arrival and departure, while the remaining five are spacious back-in sites. You’ll enjoy excellent spacing between neighbors for privacy.

Full Hookups

Water, electric & sewer (on pull-through sites)

Most sites come with full hookups including 30/50 amp electric service, fresh water, and sewer connections. This makes extended stays easy and convenient without worrying about tank management. All sites also have access to water and electric even if they don’t have sewer.

Clean Facilities

Restrooms & showers open 8am–10pm daily

Our modern restroom and shower building is cleaned multiple times each day and maintained to the highest standards. Guests love the hot showers, private stalls, and thoughtful touches like hand soap and paper products. The facilities are bright, well-ventilated, and always kept spotless.
